The Rural Heritage Festival
Client: Lisle Station Museum |
Roles: Information architecture, site design and development, graphics production.
A genre-defying festival created to celebrate the cultural legacy of America’s best acoustic guitarists and folk artists. All the Lisle Station Museum needed was a site as vibrant as its content. So that’s what we made for them. The snakeskin pattern is just like old-time blues: wild and earthy.

Kid Suburban
Client: White Elephant |
Roles: Information architecture, site design and development, graphics production.
Kazoo y timbales. The perfect instrumental companions. The band White Elephant charged Blue Lamb with inventing the graphical counterpart to their auditory stylings. The results are sweet. Sweet like maize. A graphic of a skeleton woodcut by Eric Drooker evokes the Mexican flavor that is White Elephant. Pass the flan, bebé.

The University of Texas at Austin has the largest theatre department in the United States, with an MFA program that ranks 8th in the nation. They needed a way to present graduate actors to agents and casting directors around the world. We whipped up a way to display these attractive people and their talents, which include welding and salsa dance. I feel a Latin remake of "Flashdance" coming on. And I like it. |
